Warming up to public speaking: Before the talk

  • Tongue Twisters
  • Improvisational talks: Speak for one minute on a topic given to you by a speaking coach or, if you are alone, choose headlines/topics from the newspaper and speak about them for 60 seconds. The idea is to get your tongue and your brain in "speaking" mode.
